  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    • Addverse AdvertisePlus Printing Privet Limited is a B2C Company, Where Customers Send Their Own Orders For Advertising & Printing Products, Business Gifts, Websites And Applications As Per Their Requirement. These Orders Shall Not Contain Duplicate/fake, Prohibited Content Or Without The Permission Or Related Organisation, Will Be Sole Responsibility Of Customer/channel Partner Only. Any Customer Knowingly Or Unknowingly Orders Duplicate/fake Or Prohibited Content Then Company Will Cancel That Order.
    • When company get your order, our designing team will contact to you for know more. Then after they will make design and send to your approval. When you aprooved we make finally and disptched to you
    • Same color will never match with any printing previously done (whether it is from us or from elsewhere, whether it is digital or offset), if you want the same color printing in future, then get job profile saved with us, extra charges will be payable against job profiling.
    • I accept the Addverse AdvertisePlus Printing Private Limited's responsibility ceases the moment the goods leave company's godown.
    • All products of printing (like visiting cards, letter heads, envelopes etc.), if there is a printing mistake in 5 to 50% of the sheets / cards, then only the same proportion can be discounted. And if there is a printing mistake in more than 50% of the sheets only then the order will be reprinted. Please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the product. If your order has been reprinted because of printing mistake, the transportation charges will be paid by you.
    • I agree that in case of any dispute / lost / delayed receipt etc. in the transaction of the product, the maximum liability of "Addverse AdvertisePlus Printing Private Limited" will be only up to the rate of the disputed product.
    • The company will be responsible only for the payment made in the bank account of Addverse AdertisePlus Printing Private Limited.
    • I hereby provide "No Objection" to "Addverse AdertisePlus Printing Private Limited" for sending service/transactional related sms/mail/WhatsApp massage to me.
    • Addverse AdertisePlus Printing Private Limited have right to modify the above's terms.
    • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter. If negotiations fail, All the legal matters are subject to Sasaram Jurisdiction Only.
  2. User Account

    During registration, you must provide accurate and current information, including your name, address and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and you agree not to share your login credentials with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

  3. Ordering and Payment

    To place an order, you will select the desired product, upload your design, and proceed through the checkout process on our website/Application. We accept payment through major credit/debit/ATM cards, Net banking and other online payment methods. Payment is due at the time of placing your order. All prices listed on our website/application are in rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  4. Production and Delivery

    When customer approved his design for production. Production times for standard orders are typically 3-10 business days, but this may vary depending on the complexity of the order. We offer shipping options such as standard, express, and international shipping. Shipping costs vary based on the delivery method and destination. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping services.

  5. Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of any designs or content you upload to our platform, but you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of printing your orders. You are responsible for ensuring that your designs do not infringe on the copyright or trademark rights of others.

  6. Privacy and Data Security

    We collect user information, including name and email, for order processing and communication purposes. Your data is stored securely. We use cookies to enhance the user experience on our website/Application. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings

  7. User Conduct

    Prohibited activities include uploading content that is illegal, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others. User-generated content guidelines include recommendations for image resolution and file format to ensure the best print quality.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    Addverse AdertisePlus Printing Private Limited do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the suitability or quality of our products for a particular purpose. Our liability for any damages, whether direct or indirect, is limited to the total amount paid by the user for the specific order.

  9. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of our terms, including misuse of our services or fraudulent activities. Upon termination, any unpaid balances for orders or obligations will remain due.

  10. Miscellaneous
