- Order Cancellation by the Customer
Customer can cancel his/her order up to two hours from the time of order. We will promptly process your cancellation request and initiate a refund if applicable. After two hour your order enter in design/production process. We make customize product on your order basis so once your order enter in the design/production process we cannot accept cancellation of your order.
- Order Cancellation by the Company
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order due to technical errors, issues with the provided content, or unforeseen production difficulties. If this occurs, we will notify you via email or phone and provide a full refund to your original payment method.

- Refund Process
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances. If you cancel your order before it enters the production process, you are eligible for a full refund. In the rare event that the product you receive is damaged, defective, or does not meet our quality standards, you are eligible for a reprint, or a partial refund, depending on the situation. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
